During construction a Smart Home needs to be wired in a different way to that of a standard house, therefore it's necessary to plan for the structured cabling to be built into your new home as early as possible.

After an initial consultation, we design and specify the system both in conceptual terms and functional terms, the conceptual design allows you to easily see how the system works and its basic layout, the functional diagrams and CAD drawings are technical - produced for the electrical teams and the builder. Our professional team of qualified engineers then work on the site to run structured cabling, supplied by us and sourced direct from the USA , then finally test and terminate the cable. Towards the end of construction the electronics are installed, programmed and tested, documentation is drawn up and user training takes place.

Throughout this process we are available at any time to discuss your project, attend site meetings and offer advice and thoughts on your Smart Homes construction.
